Appointment & Payment Policy

A $20 non-refundable appointment deposit is required to reserve your mobile blood draw appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service fee of $80, leaving a remaining balance of $60 due at the time of service.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Smooth Draw will contact you after payment to confirm your appointment date, time, and location.

Customers may choose to pay the full $80 service fee upfront. No additional payment will be collected at the time of the visit.

Full payments are subject to the same cancellation and refund terms described below.

48 hours or more before your appointment: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any amount paid beyond the $20 deposit. The $20 deposit is non-refundable.

Less than 48 hours before your appointment: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for the deposit or any additional amount paid.

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your appointment one time at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance or a second reschedule request will require a new $20 deposit to secure the new appointment time.

Your original deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment when rescheduling is made within the allowed window.

If our phlebotomist arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to complete the draw due to the patient or responsible party being unavailable, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable. The full amount paid (deposit or full payment) will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued for the $20 deposit under any circumstances. Refunds for the remaining balance (or full payment beyond the deposit) are only available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

If Smooth Draw cancels or is unable to fulfill your appointment due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
