We confirm availability
We will review your request and confirm your appointment based on availability, laboratory requirements, and specimen drop-off hours.
Step 3
Pay deposit & we come to you
Once confirmed, pay your $20 booking deposit to secure your visit. We come to your home or care facility and perform the collection.

Step 2 — After confirmation
Pay your $20 booking deposit.
Once we confirm your appointment, pay a $20 deposit to lock in your visit. The deposit is applied toward your total service fee. Do not pay until you have received confirmation from us.
